Philosophy of Education

Jordan Baptist School is different from most schools in that it involves more than just academics. It is a total commitment to a lifestyle.

We believe that modest dress, proper entertainment, Christ-honoring relationships, a daily quiet time, church attendance and voluntary church involvement should be the rule and not just occasional activities. These commitments are in harmony with our purpose.

We do not attempt to run the life of anyone, but we want to be up front concerning our stand and how we believe the Bible teaches that a true Christian should live. Therefore, students are enrolled in our school with a well-defined understanding that the Christian life is a 365 day-per-year commitment.
